Tiger’s finally beat the Twins. And that blast by Joyce!!! I had no idea that he could hit a ball that far. Only a few in history have ever hit one out dead center like that. I look forward to the second half of the season. A lot of good things to come.

I love these fricken guys but after this series and a bunch of tequila tonight the only conclusion is that the season is prolly doomed. But so are we all. We’re just looking for one last gasp at a chance. And maybe that’s all that’s left for this team.

I’m going to write my expectations and stuff for the second half of the season during the all-star game (and guessed blogged for a place, I’ll post the link when they do). Suffice it to say, the Tigers should be fine for the next few weeks but I have doubts they’ll be fine enough to play in October. Just haven’t seen proof they can beat the teams they need to. But they should remain fun to watch for the most part. Joyce has been a real treasure.
