The Tigers don't always make the moves that make sense, but on the other hand, some of those moves turn out fine. Still I like Rapada.

Agree Deaner. Can't wait to see Grandy in the outfield.

Kurt --

You're dead on, but I fear Leyland's going to send down Rapada. That's a stone cold drag if it happens because I like his loopy lefty windup. I think he's perfect as a lefty specialist.

Miner goes down. He's not even in the same league as Grilli this year and he has an option. Even if he didn't, I'd send him away, to be honest.

The Tigers short-game is pretty good right now. Lopez and Bautista are doing a good job. The Tigers need two lefties. Period. I hope Leyland realizes that and doesn't send Rapada down instead.

Wherever Cruceta fits in is fine with me. It can only benefit a team if the long men can keep the game close and give the offense a chance at a big inning to get back in the game.

About a week ago, I think Grilli would have been the guy. But amazingly he's been pitching decently as of late. I would agree you send Miner down, but doesn't Leyland need to have a couple of innings eater to gobble up innings 4-6 when something bad happens?

Who goes down for Cruceta? Miner? I think it has to be Miner considering how well guys like Lopez have thrown. Ride the hot hands.
