ESPN power rankings return to East Coast bias

Guess who’s #1? Yeah, go figure.

Not that the Tigers did anything wrong, mind you. Detroit’s a perfectly fine team, still playing great ball.

    Ridiculous… As I recall, when Detroit was red-hot (winning something like 15 of 16) with a 2.5 game lead on the White Sox, their excuse for not putting Detroit at #1 was that the White Sox “did nothing to deserve losing the #1 spot.” What a bunch of hypocrites.
